Common questions

How do I add my partner?

Settings → Invite a caregiver. Share the code with them, and they enter it when they sign up. You'll both see the same logs, live.

Can I log for more than one baby?

Yes. Tap the + beside your baby's photo at the top of the app to add another, then switch between them any time.

Why is the suggested feed amount changing?

It's based on your baby's weight and age, so it moves as they grow. It's a guide, not a target. Your paediatrician's advice always wins.

Do my logs sync between phones?

When both devices are online, new logs and shared reminders usually appear on the other caregiver's device within moments.

What happens if I remove a caregiver?

They lose access immediately, but everything they logged stays in your history, credited to a former caregiver. Nothing is deleted.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account and security → Delete account. It permanently removes your Bibsy account and your personal profile, and it can't be undone. If another caregiver is still in your household, entries you logged stay in the shared history without your name. If you are the last caregiver, the household and your baby's data are deleted with your account.

You can export everything you have logged, and delete your Bibsy account, from inside the app under Settings. If another caregiver is still in your household, the shared history stays with them without your name on it. If you are the last caregiver, the household and your baby's data are deleted too.
